At Minnick’s, we view the house as a whole system, with each component as an interrelating part. It helps to imagine your house as a machine, with each internal gear or lever turning and connecting with one another to create the external output.

If one component of the machine is not working efficiently – in a house, this could be anything from a broken furnace to loose insulation – then the whole machine will not work efficiently and the house will have cold spots, air leaks, etc. By optimizing and syncing all of these correlating components and identifying weaknesses in the building envelope (windows, doors, insulation) and combustion equipment (boilers, furnaces, water heaters), we are able to improve your comfort.
